I dont know why you are emphasizing in Shenzhen [SZ police has been investigating this case, and arrested 5 suspects].... and why the HK reporters are always beaten [not only in SZ or mainland China]???

纵容日本人打自己人？香港掀倒周情绪

事发经过被其他香港媒体的记者拍到，并在周刊上刊登，让图片说话。结果，引发香港民众的倒周情绪，骂他不该身为中国人，去到日本却纵容日本人打“自己人”。
Firstly, I can not understand why you post those old news, that did not refer to this case... [the reporter is beaten by hospital's staffers not by the governors]...
Secondly, one news is from a mainland Newspaper [it means it is not a secret in China], and two of them are from anti-China government newspapers [http://kanzhongguo.com/news/gb/articles/4/9/13/71999.html and Dajiyuan [大纪元]], can you ensure their opinion that has not biased on China??? the other one is from VOICE OF AMERICA, it tells us the restriction in China... I know there are happening in China, but what is the point to post here???
Thirdly, this news is really new, just the day Pax Sinica posted, and it has not been appeared in any newspapers at that time, it is the reason why he did not provide any source about this news, and just type few indistinct sentences: "just watch the ATV's exclusive video. terrible things are still going on and on in Shenzhen"... How can he post it so rushed... and what is the reason he post here and with the terms of "terrible", "going on and on" in "Shenzhen"??? Do you see anyone post such news about Hong Kong in China mailand forum or skyscrapercity forum???
Fourthly, why I said "why the HK reporters are always beaten [not only in SZ or mainland China]???" because I am a liitle bit unhappy about this thread, but it is truth [I read many news about that, esp. the Paparazzi]... if it causes your unhappy, I would say " sorry" about this sentence...

综合香港媒体报道，深圳市卫生局今早张贴的封条上，指医院将会封至本月30日。医院对面原本挂出多幅宣传的广告横额，早上已经被拆除。医院电话全天没有接听，里面接待处无人当值，但不时仍有怀疑病人探头外望在门外守候的媒体。

香港記者在深圳採訪全國首宗PAAG民事索償案，結果有數名記者被圍毆。這一事件不僅引起香港新聞界及各界人士的關注，內地新聞界和有關方面也十分重視，因為這涉及能否依法治國的問題。至目前為止，已有五人被刑事拘留，有關醫院亦被勒令暫停營業，反映當局已迅速處理此事，努力避免造成更大的惡性影響。深圳市政府更表示，他們會努力維護正常的採訪行動，這是值得肯定的。
其實，由於內地的新聞事業不斷發展，新聞工作者深入採訪而引起的危險已愈來愈明顯，毆打、禁錮、恐嚇、賄賂記者等事件時有發生。這類事件不單發生在一般媒體的記者身上，連中央級的傳媒[例如中央電視台《焦點訪談》的記者]也曾經遇到類似事件。可見，暴力事件不僅危及境外記者，也對中國新聞記者構成嚴重威脅，有關方面應該審慎處理。
此外，中國目前正不斷強調依法治國。經過多年的努力，法治精神已逐步建立起來，例如民告官的成功率已大幅上升，給人一種法律為人民服務和真正以民為本的感覺。就在這種勢頭不斷形成之際，絕不能讓違法亂紀的暴力事件破壞國家的形象，也不能讓違法之徒踐踏國家法律。因此，有關方面應該根據事實，嚴肅處理。
其實，內地官方已愈來愈認識到傳媒與政府相輔相成的關係。傳媒不單傳播信息，還可以協助政府推行政策，幫助政府發揮監督違法行為的功能，有效地協調社會各階層的利益。內地大部分傳媒都是按這些功能而發揮作用的，所以內地傳媒近年來的報道面愈來愈闊，而當局在既定政策之下也予以支持，以達致比翼齊飛、相得益彰的正面效果。
由記者遇襲的事件令人想到《新聞法》的問題。內地討論《新聞法》已有一段時候，最近也有專家、學者繼續研究這個問題。由於涉及的範圍頗廣，故暫時仍在研究階段。但據了解，其中一個《新聞法》的重點就是如何保護新聞記者的人身安全，因為無論採訪的內容如何，任何一方也不能採取暴力行為。我想，即使暫時未能制定全面的《新聞法》，當局也可以按禁止非法使用暴力的情況加強執法，或出台一些保護採訪自由的相關指引，以顯示當局依法治國的決心。
當然，香港記者在內地採訪，也要遵守內地的有關規定，不能有任何採訪特權的意識。長期以來，香港傳媒在這方面的表現還是不錯的。日後，香港新聞界還可以與內地有關方面多作交流，就兩地的新聞操作模式和特點多作溝通，避免發生不必要的磨擦。總之，兩地一條心，必可以興利除弊。[文匯論壇]

Five detained over attacks on reporters

Police in Shenzhen, south China's Guangdong Province, have detained five employees of a cosmetic-surgery hospital for attacking Hong Kong journalists investigating medical disputes over a breast enlargement gel.
On Monday evening police were called to the hospital after receiving a report a journalist had been beaten and robbed at the Shenzhen Fuhua Plastic and Aesthetic Hospital, according to a Xinhua news agency report yesterday.
Employees had refused a request by the reporter, from a Hong Kong television station, to interview employees and film the hospital, which is the subject of several lawsuits over its use of a controversial liquid in breast-augmentation surgery.
On Tuesday, police were again called to the hospital after further reports journalists were being attacked by employees.
A task force set up to investigate the incidents alleged that Cao Mengchao, 56, a vice president of the hospital, and another four hospital employees were behind the attacks.
The police detained the five men and Shenzhen health authorities have sealed the scene to preserve evidence.
The incident also came to the attention of the city government.
Shenzhen Mayor Xu Zongheng asked the authorities to guarantee reporters' right to conduct interviews.
The government press office promised to keep the public informed about the progress of investigation.
Fuhua hospital is currently involved in a raft of lawsuits.
Fuhua hospital used a breast-enlarging liquid known as PAAG in breast augmentation surgery. But the liquid was found to cause complications.
After receiving many complaints, the State Food and Drug Administration held a public hearing and ordered to ban the use of the liquid at the end of last month.
