85–99 Collins Street from 7 pm Friday 11 August to 5am Monday 14 August 2017 to set up a crane.

Another view to add to the excellent images from ibuildrocketships.

They must be making real progress if they need to be looking at the new entrance to the revamped spaces this early in the build. Usually thats one of the last things that are done!

4 Entrances to Department Stores. Myer, Target, Harris Scarfe and H&M.

Another update as to the internal works...plenty of progress being made. These will be quite large department stores over two levels when completed.

Collins Street (between Murray and Elizabeth streets) will be closed for several weekends for crane operations at the old Harris Scarfe store, starting this Friday:

• from 7 pm on Friday 8 September to 5 am Monday 11 September 2017
• from 7 pm on Friday 15 September to 5 am Monday 18 September 2017
• from 7 pm on Friday 29 September to 5 am Monday 2 October 2017.
• from 7 pm on Friday 13 October to 5 am Monday 16 October 2017.

Large crane set up in Collins Street again over the weekend. Mostly structural steel being winched in with lots of contractors on site as well. Time is running out for Hutchies to get the basic building shells complete for the handover to Harris Scarfe and H & M's store fit out contractors in mid December.

Spotted a large team of visitors crowding around the plans in the Site Office on Wednesday. Were clearly fit our specalists and retail executives from Harris Scarfe (which has started readvertising again on tv I noticed) and H & M getting an update as to progress.

These are going to be very smart retail spaces once finished.
