They've added about half a floor between your photos and mine - not stalled but not super fast either. Sometimes these light-gauge steel projects seem to take a while - the hotel on Columbus in Jersey City is similar. I'm not sure why, my best guess would be a delay in material shipment.
On second look - I can't really tell since I can't figure out the differences between the angles we took our photos.
The project labeled as 1125 Jefferson is actually 1200 Clinton. The developer has chosen to advertise one of their other projects on the construction fencing. It caught my eye as I walked by the other day.
