Not bad....not bad at all! I frequent this area regularly; whether im shopping at trader joes or watching a movie at the Arclight. I can only imagine how much more lively and interactive this area will become; especially after the Camden, Blvd 6200, Columbia Square, Palladium Towers, and now this, are built. This makes me very happy.
