As a clarification, this isn't at Sunset and Vine; it's a good block south, extending another block toward Fountain (but still maybe 1/4 mile from transit). Maybe "Vine Campus" unless there is a formal name.

Otherwise, this is a real boost to the 'hood. As you head toward SM Blvd., the area gets pretty rundown and the presence of new jobs and housing could act as a catalyst for conversion of decayed sfh's and older light industrial into more modern housing or campuses.

Seems like the right level of density and amenities to attract the techies and PR and such jobs. In fact, 23 stories is quite a bit for south of Sunset.

For night life you head a couple of blocks to the denser streets (Sunset, Selma, Hollywood, Cahuenga, etc.).
