There are two developments actually at the intersection which already call themselves some variation of "Sunset & Vine."

Kilroy Realty's website refers to this project as "The Academy."

Some more info on Kilroy Realty's new project on Vine Street, now dubbed "Academy Square." 23-story tower with either 250 apartments or 200 apartments/100 hotel rooms. Three four-story buildings, with 280,000 sq. ft. of office, retail and restaurant space. Possibly a 40,000 sq. ft. market on Vine Street.

Construction is tentatively scheduled to start in Q4 2015 and finish by Q1 2018.
