Proposed office building on Yerushalayim blvd in Holon, close to the Azrieli center.
It's only a sign and part of a construction fence, with nothing behind it, nothing actually is being constructed yet, and I even didn't managed to find a web site. I think the fence is just a show-off for potential clients to think that the construction is going to start soon.

compared to adjacent Azrieli building, this one is pretty ugly in my opinion.

BAT YAM APPROVES 31 FLOOR SEAFRONT TOWER VB PROJECT BY MASLAVI

The new tower on Rothschild boulevard will replace a 4 floor building.
5 floors will be for a new hotel with the rest for residential apartments.
Maslavi said they plan to start the project soon. The plan also includes
a new public building next to the tower.

BAT YAM'S CITY HALL TOWER WILL BE A 35 FLOOR OFFICE TOWER IN THE CBD

Bat Yam's new city hall will take up part of a new 35 floor office tower
that is up for tender. The developer will sell the rest for office use.
The tower is part of Bat Yam's new mixed use skyscraper CBD, replacing
the old industrial zone, planned to include 28 new towers. Next to the
city hall tower will be a new court building, so the office tower is expected
to enjoy high demand.

עיריית בת ים פרסמה מכרז למתחם העירייה החדש. מדובר במגרש בעל זכויות בנייה של כ- 24,000 מטר המיועדים לתעסוקה ומסחר ב-UP, אזור העסקים המתחדש בבת ים, בצמוד למגרש עליו בונה מדינת ישראל בית משפט. על המגרש ניתן לבנות מגדל בן 35 קומות, כאשר כ- 3,000 מ’ מיועדים למשרדי העירייה ויתרת השטח תשמש למטרות מסחר, תעסוקה ומשרדים. בהתאם למדיניות באזור יוכל הזוכה לשנות יעוד לחלק מהזכויות לצורך מגורים. נכון להיום המגרש משמש כמרכז הלוגיסטי של העירייה, שיועבר וייבנה מחדש ע"י היזם הזוכה במתחם אחר באזור העסקים ויכלול מחסנים ומשרדים. מתחם העסקים UP העירייה מתכננת להקים 28 מגדלים של שימושים מעורבים הכוללים מסחר, משרדים ומגורים, מלונאות ומתחמי תרבות. בעוד מספר שנים צפוי מתחם בתי המשפט לעבור מרחוב שוקן בתל אביב למתחם UP והקו האדום של הרכבת הקלה יחבר את המתחם עם תל אביב ופתח תקווה. לדברי מנכ"ל עיריית בת ים, עו"ד ארז פודמסקי-שקד: "אין ספק כי בית המשפט יעלה מאוד את הביקוש למסחר ומשרדים בסמוך אליו. אני בטוח שהעסקה תניב ערכים מוספים לעיר, לתושבים וליזם".

ראש העיר בפועל: "הבנייה מחדשת את העיר, מעצימה את הדימוי החיובי שלה ומאפשרת לצעירים שגדלו בה לשוב אליה
וקמו בנייני מגורים נמוכים בני 3 עד 4 קומות לצד מגדלי מגורים בגובה של בין 16 קומות ל-42 קומות. כאמור, מלבד
יחידות הדיור המתוכננות, התוכנית תאפשר הקמתם של בתי מלון עד גובה של 14 קומות וכ-500 חדרים בכל אחד מהם.

Bat Yam approved its new sea-front south suburb "Park HaYam"
including lowrises up to 5 floors, hotels 14 fl, residential skyscrapers
up to 42 floors, and up to 26 floors in the central parks zone, leading
to the sea promenades. The suburb borders Rishon Lezion and is
Bat Yam's last unbuilt area for development.

Holon - A new tower on David Elazar st. near the corner of Golda Meir. Couldn't manage to find a thread for this project, nor it's name or any details to open a new thread. I'll just post it here, in case someone knows something about it.
