Bigfoot銅鑼灣項目獲洽購

市場消息透露,國際娛樂集團Bigfoot Entertainment Group位於銅鑼灣耀華街32至40號項目,正在市場低調放售,而近日亦獲投資者出價洽購。

Bigfoot早於06年4月,以3.37億元向資本策略(00497)購入銅鑼灣耀華街32至40號項目,計劃重建為集團亞太區總部,構思中把分散於美國加州、新加坡及歐洲各國的企業運作部門及業務集中在新物業內,但近期改變初衷,就項目在市場低調放售。

已動工 擬重建26層商廈

該地盤佔地約3,919平方呎,地積比約15倍,可建總樓面約58,775平方呎,現已動工興建,計劃重建1幢樓高26層的商業大廈,包括地下至9樓作零售、11至20樓作酒店用途,22至25樓作寫字樓,現正進行建築工程,預計可於今年落成。

據了解,亦有投資者出價洽購該項目,但由於洽購價與業主心目中的出價仍有距離,故尚未達成協議。事實上,近期投資氣氛稍佳,其中有利集團(00406)剛於本月以3.5億元向資本策略購入上環蘇杭街77至85號及畢街16至22號地盤。

That's the company's name - wonder what do they sell?
Maybe they sell American rural legends? :lol:
Anyways... not a bad looking tower. Sure a bit small, but then again where I live it would dwarf our tallest building. (Medford)
Makes me want to move back to Seattle...
