There is an old house right behind the shop-houses. Several weeks ago they started knocking down the walls but it's been discontinued and there is no heavy equipment left on site.
Why doesn't the owner just settle for a J-Avenue type of development and waits to redevelop the whole plot of land (rather than half) in the future!
