http://goingupcity.blogspot.com/2012/02/skanska-office-tower-3009-post-oak-blvd.html

Post Oak Boulevard is a 302,000-square-foot, 20-story, Class A office building positioned in a premier location in the Uptown/Galleria submarket. It is bounded on the east by 610 West Loop, on the west by Post Oak Boulevard, and by Hidalgo to the south.

Adjacent to the Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park and Hidalgo Park, the building offers unobstructed views of the Houston skyline. World-class shopping, restaurants, and hotels in the Houston Galleria are within walking distance.

3009 Post Oak Boulevard enjoys exceptional visibility from both 610 West Loop and Highway 59 and is easily accessible from the West Loop, Highway 59, the Westpark Tollway, and I-10.

A project of Skanska Commercial Development, 3009 Post Oak Boulevard has been pre-certified LEED Platinum, signifying Skanska’s commitment to sustainability.

A Houston-based software and technology company has signed the first lease in 3009 Post Oak Blvd., the 20-story building under construction along the West Loop.

Datacert, which serves the legal industry, will move its headquarters into the building and occupy almost 50,000 square feet on the 10th and 11th floors.

It won’t have to far though. Datacert’s offices are now in 3040 Post Oak Blvd. in the Lakes on Post Oak office complex.

The new Skanska building, which broke ground without any leasing commitments, is set to open this summer. The Kirksey architecture firm designed the building, which has been pre-certified LEED Platinum.
