I need to use for a British Market and I want to know how can I phrase it correctly?

What type of building would you prefer to live in?

• New construction
• Prewar
• Brownstone/Townhouse
• Postwar midcentury
• Postwar 1970's-1990's
• Modern

-

Do you have a favorite architectural period?

- Turn of Century
- 1920's
- Art Deco
- Mid Century
- Modern

Only word that doesn't apply is the Brownstone, but as Townhouse is kind of the equivalent anyway it seems fine.

It seems fine to me. Better talk to an english person since they have this own certain words which they tend to say it should be the word for that.
