How to find upcoming large retail/grocery developments?
Hi, I'm curious as to the best way(s) to find upcoming retail developments such as new malls, grocery stores, basically big large anchor stores. I read these forums from time to time and see them posted here but is there info maybe on each city's permitting site or something along the lines? Thanks.
