you know what, for TA (ok ok, so its yafo) its not too expensive. only the apartments (3 bdrm) are ridicolously tiny for $200,000.. if they were bigger it would be a good buy

BUT:

5th floor, 69 m2 - 393.335 $ !!!!

69 sq. meters for $400,000 in yafo on a busy street?

somebody has to tell them its still not new york..
