SS Knowledge Park above is also looking great with cladding done on of the towers and the second going on well from the Biodiversity flyover. Raheja building next to it looks monstrous, but isn't making much of an impression at the moment. Hopefully it'll good too once it's all done. Can someone post the render of it.

Myscape seems to be building a small retail building called Myscape Stories in the road where it has most of it's projects in Financial District. I was driving in that road today and saw the hoardings covering the plot. It looks classy like most of their projects. Not sure if construction has started. Glass cladding has started on one of their commercial buildings as well on that street.

Is it this plot by any chance :

Yes, that is the plot. I have no idea how to share the coordinates, hence left it :)
Then they've already received HMDA permission it looks like. It's a pretty small building for now though there are several instances where they just file a standard G+5 drawing and then update the HMDA file later through an amendment.

They've categorized it as office space but it makes perfect sense for it to be a pure retail development.

@rithwook any update on Poulomi @8 and Prestige Beverley Hills? where do they stand on approvals right now?
Excavation work is in full swing on both the projects. Poulomi @8 is still yet to receive its EC afaik. Beverly Hills is very close to getting RERA certification since their file has been logged into the map.

Some knowledge on the RERA Map, I see only Prestige Beverley Hills and RP West Avenue but not Crown, Tranquil or Tarkshya. Why is that?

It’s good to see a lot of high rises and skyscrapers are coming up next to each other in the FD-Kokapet belt. But one thing that is missing is the lighting/lazer lights kinda thingy on the glass facades like the Chinese skyscrapers. The only buildings where I observed this are OneWest terminus where top few floors have this facility. The top floors were illuminated in tri colours on 15 August. And also surprisingly the new HGCL building in Khajaguda at Nanakramguda circle has this facility on full facade! You can see that at night. It’s good to see a Govt. building thinking ahead of private players like this! Hope other coming projects too have this facility.

Other updates :

Work seems to have halted on Google Campus
No workers spotted at Mantri A, can't make out any visible progress in the past couple months
Facade is going up on Microsoft B4
Neopolis work in full swing
Construction seems to have resumed on GAR Infobahn T14-T15
Update on the update :

Google is back on its feet again today! Still no crane modules though.
