These are the speedlimits in Italy:



Autostrade=Motorways: 130 km/h

Extraurbane Principali=Main Roads outside cities/Freeways: 110 km/h

Extraurbane Secondarie=Secondary Roads outside cities/other Freeways: 90 km/h

Centri Urbani=Urban Roads: 50 km/h

Highways normally got 130 km/h speed limit, while for freeways is 110 km/h (but in some case even 90 km/h)

But there are even infrastructures ranked as urban (expressways) with a speed limit of 70 km/h
I don't know if the last one is the case of Genova el
