Anyone know what's this structure for?
It's in Tiong Bahru, Zion Rd

The 2nd one is interesting. Apparently it's an access to the MRT tunnel below...

^^Well, I guess this is an emergency exit in case of any incident in the tunnels below. I am sure such structures are common in cities with underground lines. :)
