so it's confirmed that ikea tebrau will be the biggest in south east asia. but not for long because Thailand is constructing another ikea store which is 50,278 sq m size.

still a good news for all

But to me, looks like both are 4-storey/floors structures mah !!!

:):):)
Same principle 4 storey. but ikea penang will be the same like tampines. no basement/underground parking like tebrau. there will be different in terms of height.

tampines & penang - structure start above ground
tebrau - structure start 1 floor below ground

notice that the docking area of ikea penang is 1 floor more than tebrau. look at the illustration. :)
tebrau is lucky because ikea is willing to built the ingress egress detailing from basement to ground.
tebrau still have space for future expansion. penang got plenty of space. tampines no space to expand. sigh.

I think 1771 car parks too little...

Genting Premium Outlet has 4000 car park and JPO if not mistaken has over 2500?
But furniture shop, super peak day will be first few months of their opening. After a year, even peak day also hard to full, i guess.

In future, my visit to ikea will certainly far less than next door aeon. No matter how yummy their meat ball is.
