The Belmonte is a 20-floor luxury residential development located at #40 Bourdillon Road in Ikoyi, Lagos, behind the Oakwood Development on Cooper Road. The units will include a mix of apartments, duplexes and penthouses, where the apartments sizes range between 522sqm and 534sqm, duplexes – 483sqm and 687sqm and the penthouses span an area of 1,021sqm.
Other luxury developments along Bourdillon Road under construction include the 25-floor 4 Bourdillon tower, Cuddle by Cadwell and the Euro Court renovation project being marketed by Cobblestone properties.
The Belmonte seeks to offer a Privé collection of residences, styled by the internationally famed designer Christopher Guy, who’s works are in multiple hotels and resorts across the world including Wynn Encore, The Bellagio, The Venetian, Caesars Palace – Las Vegas, Hilton International, Grand Hyatt, Four Seasons and many more.
Piling works have been ongoing for over a year, however the construction is now above ground
