medyo balantayan ta daan ang mga Citi Mall sa Iloilo kay indi lang Savemore Grocery ang anchor, basically a small size SM Mall na ini. Mall boot silingon kompleto sang SM anchor tenants halin sa Appliance, Hardware, Grocery kag drugstore to name a few.

sa perspective pa lang sang food court indi na binarat.

pila ni gani ang sa pipeline sa bilog nga Iloilo City? Lima? duha ang pronounced kag ang isa ang GIFT? ang isa pwede gid sa Lapaz. indi na pwede sa Molo kay may SM Molo asia na..LOL ang isa haum haum ko sa outskirts sang Arevalo gid guro mo

Making Iloilo supermart the anchor of the mall doesn't make sense for me because SM prime has a share of all the Citymalls.

would it makes sense to you IF anchor tenant will LEASE the grocery area? SM will still make profit...SM anchor brands will carry other sections..

Citymall roxas will have robinsons

probably because their contract was signed before SM entered the picture.

CitiMall area, 7-Eleven in front. Phoenix gas Station adjacent, Hospital at the rear.
