Another one for the 21 chain of hotels' portfolio...(most likely) a midrise in San Rafael, Mandurriao. Quite a number of pile-driving updates have been shared earlier but I can't quite track them . Post away...

Seems like they are now ready to start vertical construction and release the rendering. Can this be at least 12 floors? Please. :lol:. Just to deviate from the usual 8-storey 21 hotels. :lol:

This is the newest hotel from the 21 group. It's along Pison Avenue in Mandurriao.

the ground floor is high enough to accomodate a lower service floor, you can count it not as a basement but another floor. ina kung gusto mo gid manigpot. LOL

nayka ang GT Hotel sa Ledesma St. near Robinsons Place Iloilo ya ngaa wala thread haw? :lol:
