Dugang naman ni kulang sang construction materials sa Iloilo..subong pa lang abi request na kamo.

Matyag ko man kay gamadali guid sila patindog. I don't think they would start construction if the three original office buildings did not have locators. Right now we know only of StarTek which is temporarily housed at the Richmond Tower but will transfer to BPO B in August. I still do not know who will occupy BPO A or the Richmond Tower but surely Megawotld wouldn't start on two new towers if there were no locators for them

Anyway, pile driving started maybe a week ago already. That pile driver was just quietly doing its thing even before the announcement.

The announcement of the two office towers will speed up the steadfast developments in the newest business center in Western Visayas. Megaworld officials - Director for Strategic Marketing and Communications, Harold Geronimo; Chief Operating Officer, Lourdes Gutierriez-Alfonso; and Senior Vice President, Jericho Go unveiled the image of the new towers during the official press conference at McDonald's grand opening on June 30.

Megaworld will build two additional office towers, One Techno Place and Two Techno Place, at the Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. With a total of 19,000 square meters of leasable spaces, the two state-of-the-art towers are scheduled to be completed by 2016, and is expected generate around 8,000 full-time business process outsourcing (BPO) workers.
At a press briefing held at the opening of the biggest McDonald’s store in Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld executives also revealed that it is fast tracking the constructions of office, commercial, and residential towers in the 72-hectare township due to strong demand, brisk sales and rental inquiries for residential, commercial, and office spaces.
