Megaworld will build two additional office towers, One Techno Place and Two Techno Place, at the Iloilo Business Park in Mandurriao, Iloilo City. With a total of 19,000 square meters of leasable spaces, the two state-of-the-art towers are scheduled to be completed by 2016, and is expected generate around 8,000 full-time business process outsourcing (BPO) workers.
At a press briefing held at the opening of the biggest McDonald’s store in Iloilo Business Park, Megaworld executives also revealed that it is fast tracking the constructions of office, commercial, and residential towers in the 72-hectare township due to strong demand, brisk sales and rental inquiries for residential, commercial, and office spaces.

Property developer Megaworld Corp. said Monday it will expedite the construction of office, commercial and residential towers in the 72-hectare Iloilo Business Park, amid a strong demand, brisk sales and inquiries in the area.
Megaworld said in a statement it would start construction of two additional office towers, including One Techno Place and Two Techno Place, which would have combined leasable space of 19,000 square meters.
The two office towers, which will generate 8,000 jobs, will be completed by 2016, it said.
