Ce projet de développement a coûté des investissements de 990 millions de DH, autofinancé par l'ONDA. 380 MDH de cette enveloppe budgétaire ont été affectés aux bâtiments, 400 MDH aux infrastructures (piste d'envol, voies d'accès, bretelles de liaisons, taxiways) et 210 MDH aux équipements
