Yeah, I don't understand these lists. I've seen some that say Indy is very low on the list of places for business and development. This goes to show you how these surveys can be skewed depending on the data you use. I agree though, that Indy is a great place for businesses, and I think it's only going to get better. The Fed-Ex deal was huge for the city.
