actually a lot of the expensive brands flagship in prime areas usually don't make much ...

i don't really like malls that disconnect with the street-level
i like streets more. what are the prime streets for shopping in shanghai for locals? what is the primary shopping district? (in that i mean similar to shibuya or cwb)
