کاربری: مجتمع تجاری،اداری،مسکونی، رستوران های ملل (فود کورت) 4 سینمای بزرگ ،سالن همایش،موزه،شهربازی سرپوشیده
در حال حاضر خاکبرداری زمین در حال انجام می باشد
2 foreign companies and 1 iranian company also supported by the municipality
