I think it looks pretty good. Better than some other European buildings of similar height. The whole complex looks pretty good. When you are driving towards it, it appears quite majestic.

kinda bears a resemblance to the Empire State Building with the cladding reaching near the top now.

No the earthquake happened at the other end of the country. Istanbul was not affected.

It's not Empire State Building Speed, but it's pretty fast! Take note China
turkey isn't that big. if they could feel it all the way down in Egypt im sure they felt it in Istanbul.
