hey what's going with "Italian colonny" project in Kibbutz Galuot st. in Tel Aviv?

These are I believe some 12 floor buildings at the south entrance to Tel Aviv.
Quite a few of them have already been completed and even have residents.
I think one or two more are under construction at the moment.
Nothing too tall if you ask me.
