This development is attached to the J Center Development and currently under construction.... currently on the foundation and basement.
J Condotel is a temporary name.....

Developer is still Everjust Realty and Development Corp.
Contractor is still HS POW Construction.

and you will be surprised......... there is another 2 twin tower residential condominium planned on the same location.. I have seen the AVP prepared by the architect of the entire complex....... Its a very exciting development in Mandaue.

Ni sugod na develope ang Mandaue City tungud ang mga madauehanon nagmata na. Ila nang giilisan ang mga maro-sipat sa katungdanan. Dili na magsige away sa propose budget diha sa conseho maski sweldo sa mga tao. Maona ni go signal na ang mga business communities after sa election. :banana2:

Latest Construction Update
as of June 10, 2010.

The T-Crane was already in place... Construction is now on full swing 24 hours a day..

yes.. because apart from the 18 storey condotel and the 23 storey hotel........ naa pa twin tower na Residential Condo.. adjacent to it... pero di pa na immediate...
