Construction works seems to be starting on the plot next to Waitrose. Old metal casting factoring.

Some old news in Express & Star unsure though if this is the same plan, certainly the same site.

There have been no further plans so it must be the JLR dealership. Although we heard here that there was some trouble with the owner and franchise.

This was the original plan from 2011 but I believe that's too long ago to still be valid?

While I do agree, this is still leagues better than the current streetscape - that is, a 15 foot dirty brick wall. Very oppressive and dark.

Seems plenty going on in Wolvo but it's almost entirely just plans or pipe dreams. If those count the whole city would be coloured. But actual firm developments, beyond i9 and the market there ain't much!

If I can work out how to do it I'll have a go.

Biggest are interchange, Westside, Molineux Quarter and Springfield brewery.
