Don't know, they only said that the first phase - Bakrie Tower, and phase 1 of the condominiums - will cost about US$200m. The overall cost, my guess would be ..hmm...perhaps US$500-700m.
i reckon the 18 buildings on the top of the pic are proabbly the existing taman rasuna apartment towers

I don't think so - the existing Taman Rasuna projects are separately listed under 'old projects' in the website. They're planning to build the condominiums in 3 phases up to 2011, according to the original plan.
It looks interesting but those renders and the photocomposites are very amaturish.
Awesome projects indeed , very much in quality design.
