JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Kompleks Thamrin Nine yang dikembangkan PT Putragaya Wahana bakal memiliki menara tertinggi di Indonesia. Setidaknya sebelum Signature Tower yang dikembangkan Grahamas Adisentosa terealisasi. Signature Tower menjulang 638 meter yang mencakup 111 lantai.

Menara di Thamrin Nine terdiri atas 71 lantai dengan ketinggian mencapai 330 meter. Ketinggian ini mendapuknya sebagai supertall sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).

Construction fondation June 2013 - January 2014,
so early 2014 this tower will be rising, i hope they made it faster than schedule.

The location is Superb.. It is in the HI Roundabout area.

The best location in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this area, there are 2 high end Malls (Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia), 1 trade center (Thamrin City), 4 five stars hotel (Pullman Hotel, Hotel Indonesia, Grand Hyatt, Mandarin Oriental), 6 office tower (The [email protected] Indonesia, Menara BCA, The City Tower, Deutsche Bank Tower, Wisma Nusantara, and Plaza UOB) and several Apartments Tower ([email protected] Indonesia, Kempinski Residence, Thamrin City, Thamrin Residence)

Putragaya Wahana akan membangun apartemen mewah eksklusif sebanyak 97 unit dalam tiga bangunan terpisah. Masing-masing bernama The Mansion yang akan dibangun setinggi 8 lantai, The Town Houses (8 lantai) dan The Terraces (15 lantai).

Putragaya Wahana will build 97 units of Exclusive Apartment in 3 separate towers. The name of each tower is The Mansion, 8 floors height, The Town Houses (8 floors), and The Terraces (15 floors)

Unfortunately, 3 other Apartment Towers in this Project are so low :slap:
