nice! 110 floors for 350m seems a lot
Looks good but I'm not sure if I like the other design or this one they both look good. All 3 look decent

While this looks nice the older one was much better
No, they are not.
the red one is the residential building (completed), the black one is office building (completed), and the blue one is mixed-used (proposed) but that's the old design, the new design are keep changing
