The Jamnagar Airport (IATA: JGA, ICAO: VAJM) officially known as Civil Enclave Jamnagar, is an airport in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India. It is the only airport in Gujarat which has two runways. It is owned by the Indian Air Force and also permits both commercial as well as private flights. The airport sees a daily flight to Mumbai by Air India. Star Air will connect it to Bengaluru and Hyderabad from August 26 and in future will connect it to Hindon. The airport is currently undergoing an expansion wherein existing Terminal building having an area of 2025 sqm shall be extended by 2220 sqm. The extended terminal building will have all modern amenities including 6 check in counters, 6 nos. of Airlines offices, 2 arrival conveyor belts, and a city side car parking for 150 cars. The extended apron will have parking for 2 A320/737 and 1 ATR-72 or 1 A320/737 and 3 ATR-72 in power-in and power-out configuration with 2320 sqm GSE area and includes an apron for a Hangar (55m X 60m) having a total area of approx. 18160 sqm.
