Conifer Flats - complete

Looked closer into the other pile driver here - it's for 408-410 Whiton (8 story building). The site next door, the second phase of 313 Pine St (also 8 stories) hasn't yet started.

306 Johnston Ave - no real movement, but I'm not sure that sign was there.

From about a month and a half ago -

902 Brewing Co finished up their tasting room and brewery. Not sure when, but it was open (for takeout) when I went by

Canal Crossing

Infrastructure work in the area (pumping station if I remember correctly)

Berry Lane Park - recently opened skatepark, and under construction pavilion

829-843 Garfield Ave - under construction. Significant building for the area - 5 stories and over 100 units.

632-652 Grand St - the fence is new if I'm not mistaken

342 Johnston Ave - recently added a construction fence. No further sign of action though

408-410 Whiton St - piling complete, quiet for now

17-19 Ash St - this site's fence also looks refreshed, and the site looks mowed

125 Monitor St (the old warehouse) - looks like someone is doing some cleaning work
