1/11 - I feel like every time I go up here, a new project starts (or gets close to it). This time, it's 51-53 High Street (where I observed an excavator parked last time). Hard to tell if it's just this project starting (a 4 story building) or also the next door site (37-47 High St, 6 story building) as all of the houses are marked for demolition. The fence only surrounds the one site currently. We shall see next time.

Will the One Journal Square development finally happen now that a settlement has been reached? The site has been empty for 10 years. The current version will have Two 64-story, 710-Foot towers.
