It turns out that 101 Grove Street was delayed because it was redesigned. It is called "One Grove" and it looks so much better! 148 residences across 12 floors with 6420 SF of retail space, and 75 parking spots.
We don't have a separate section for West Side developments here.
Here's a few from a couple weeks ago, taken from one of the bridges. You can see several projects - 74 Pollack, 400 Claremont, and some of the NJCU buildings (maybe Rivet 2 and City Line West). 100 Water may be visible as well but I can't recognize it in my pictures
McGinley Square - news here as 762 Montgomery, site of a proposed 6 story St Peter's dorm, has started demolition. I'd say this effectively kills 688 Montgomery (the much larger proposal on the parking lot by 289 Jordan), at least in its current form.
711 Montgomery - could be some movement, but don't think so
Additionally, in a big (but not so surprising, I think) change, LeFrak has submitted an application to develop Pier 6 with approximately 2000 residential units, as opposed to the previous plan of a 1-2 office buildings of undetermined size.
