I've passed through Jinja a couple of times. The nightlife is awesome though the town is somewhat sleepy during the day time. Though Uganda is a densely populated country, Jinja seems like it sort of empty and spread-out.

Gandhi THE GREATEST RULER OF INDIA decided that his ashes be built in Uganda which was called the "pearl of Africa" due to its climate and the way people were behaving and if Amin hadn't expelled Indians Uganda would be the little Indian nation in Africa because they liked it, that's why after Amin going they came back to Uganda many who were nationals born here, but Uganda dont hate Indians they hate whta some Indians do which makes some Uganda hate them, pure postage is coming of the the largest city in Uganda.Kampala only has many people and tall new building but Jinja is large in size and organised and has many buildings more than kampala which r most of indian origin and Israel designs.
interesting that he wanted to be laid to rest in Africa yet he was known to have commented on how 'inferior' black people are to the rest of mankind (not his exact words, but the general tone from several comments'.
