i have no idea, so far they only hoarded up the small plot of land behind their show room, according to their salesperson, the first phase only consist of 6 block of 35 storey condos.

btw, Greenland is coming to JB as well, they acquired a land right nest to Country Garden Danga Bay
Competition and oversupply, they might delay the tallest tower (which only use to attract the foreign buyer)

the site was pretty busy..stayed at bluewave and noticed that they work for 24hours a day!

Nope..phase 1 only consist of 7 x 35 storey tower
