Tall, cold, mean, corporate, brutalist, & it's a Pei? Amazing, I love it! Tallest in Texas! First building to reach 1,000 ft. (300m) out side of New York or Chicago. Just 4 that it gets a 10.

3/10 For those who say this is a representative of corporate America, it's a terrible one at best. even those who love brutalism will find this awfully uninspiring and boring. The square window facade reminds me of 220 Central Park West in NY, but the former lacks the build quality and finishes of the other.
