a day early.
busy times. i had to guess alot this month.slackos.lol
2 years agao when i started these i had cut off point at 90m, then reduced to 80m and recently 70m. Due to limited projects, ive gone down again to 60m/200ft.Ive also added projects from regional QLD to brisbanes diagram.
funny enough reducing the height to 60m didnt add any projects to Sydney,Auckland,Melb, brisb or GC. Only perth had lots of 60-70m projects.
this months colour-Pink.

Wow it must take you ages! Great job!

Most of perths were updated on the 15th of this month, so a little dated. None the less still so accurate!

interesting stats.! Each citys amount constantly changes due to some finishing and others starting.
Sydney's count should stay same for 2006. Brisbane should get a few extra.GC should have 6 out of the 8 completing this year but others will start. melb will be be rduced from 5 to 1 soon but others are scheduled to commence.Perth has the most 60m_ uc atm with 90% being resi with more to come. should reach double figures soon.Adelaide will have none uc over 60m next month but hopefully spire and others will commence.

^^You mean Highgate Wezza? Altitude's only 55m. But yeh best case scenario Townsville will have 3 buildings over 60m UC by the end of the year - Dalgety (73m), Highgate (66m) & T1 Sturt (62m). I don't see T1 Walker (68m) starting this year.

So there's a chance Townsville might be ahead of Melbourne in terms of 60m+ construction jobs later this year :D Bizarre!

Great job, much appreciated as always Cul.

Why show Perth's approved and no others. I don't see the point until they start construction, unless to glorify a lack of activity.

i put in perths approved because they should be all starting soon. i felt they have been left out over past couple of years thats why i lowered the height but seems now all cities are lulled.

yeah well i hate cut off marks but have to have them somewhere. 60m or 200ft is still a major project. it equates to 20 storey resi project or 15storey office bldg.

Nice to see Perth with plenty of activity but I still want something to rival CP and Bankwest Tower. Not just in height but in design. We still have the Emu Brewery site up for grabs, perhaps that will fill my void.
