Murlee , your contribution and untiring efforts is really to be appreciated.... Keep it up friend
Thanks :D
Thanks Murlee for showing the reality.

The row houses design sucks... Slum clearance board might have come out with better designs.

Living room width looked too narrow in the rendering. I am not sure if I have some problem with my eyesight. Somehow it didn't look like a living room. I expected atleast 15 feet width in the aprtment... It appeared as if it is just 12 feet.

Roads are full of useless palm trees as per the design. It is easy to plant... it gives instant greenary. But it will not give shade. The residents will have to get used to the scorching Chennai sun. These builders/architects/landscape specialists don't use their gray matters I presume. They just rely too much on the graphics. Why I am elaborating this point... Because I am suffering with such a place in Bangalore. All Royal palm trees looked green and neat initially. But that's it... Later it gives a dull depressing gray trunk with little green on the top... with no shade.. When there is a wider road it is better to go for some othere trees like neem, rain tree, peppal. It helps birds/ecology and easy to maintain. In my opinion, plantation of trees should start on the day of boomi pooja.. atleast they can grow it at one corner and replant it when it is reasonably grown.

However, I am kind of positive on the location and the size of the project. Glad that chennai is catching up with Bangalore. Houses will have a beautiful seaview from the terrace (atleast till they get tall buildings on ECR). Kelambakkam/Kalavakkam Bypasses will be a value addition for this project.

Any idea about the total number of floors in the high rises? Seems to be around 30+. :)
Mulee,

gr8 coverage!!

Look at the aerial pic... The TVH ourabay and Hiranandini are at distant far!! It is stunning to see 25+ floor buildings are going to be built further south of Kelambakkam.
