Another milestone achieved!

Bahria Town Karachi to build its own dedicated interchange on M-9 Motorway. Agreement signed with FWO. Bahria Town to entirely bear the costs of construction which is worth billions of Rupees.

Even though it'll be built by Bahria, it's a part of M9 motorway so i suggest we merge it it M9 thread rather than have a separate thread

This interchange will built to serve Bahria town (Bahria paradise and Bahria sports )city.
It will consists of 3 underpass ......and will costs Billions Rupees and it will one of beautiful interchange in pakistan so seperate thread will suit it.

Bahria Town Karachi M9 Interchange (BTK M9)

The interchange is planned, designed and constructed to provide the ingress to and egress from Bahria Town Karachi (BTK) – one of the largest residential complex of Pakistan situated on the under-construction Karachi-Hyderabad M-9 Motorway.

Scope of Services

Detailed Design of M-9 in front of BTK, underpasses, bridges, causeways and access roads along with drainage, pumping stations and electrification etc.
Construction Supervision and Quality Control.

I am wondering the entry from Karachi to bahria town is not planned in the interchange? it needs to be taken care of with at least 3 lane entry and exit otherwise it will become like Discovery Gardens in Dubai that has huge pile of traffic jam at Sh. Zayed Road

exactly I was thinking, I think the author of the article was trying to sound fancy and not use the word "flyover"

^^ Actually there is one body of water just along the wall of bahria town and if they intend to connect this interchange with the bahria paradise and sports city so the road constructed may be called causeway.

There are atleast 4 lanes on entry and exit of bahria town.

Until we get more information this title is ok Sohaib. We dont know for sure if this will connect with the bahria paradise or sports city.

This will conect to Bahria main gate directly on M9 .after this completion Bahria Town karachi residents get direct aproch from m9
