И у FTG, и у Сембола на сайтах они позиционируются отдельно от центра.

'Khan Shatyr Residences' is a high-end residential project being developed by EMREI and BFG joint venture in Astana, the capital of the Kazakh Republic. The project's 51,000 m² construction area with 28,000 m² sellable space is being developed on 6,200 m² of land next to the 'Khan Shatyr Shopping and Entertainment Facility'. Construction work commenced in September 2007 and completion is planned by June 2009.

Аа, ну ты хоть бы подчеркнул что ли.

Девелопер отдельными сайтами хотел наверное отделить одно от другого в плане функциональности, и в сроках реализации зданий. А так, это все таки единый проект.

I found the land plot of the whole complex on FTG Development's website. It shows how the residences will be connected to the centre by walkways.
