Floors: 31
Built: 1978
Architect: Sir Richard Seifert


Notes:

- Shares the same architect as Tower 42.

- 2nd tallest building on the South Bank, after Guy's Hospital.

- Headquarters of IPC Media, the UK's leading magazine publisher.

blahhh! I don't like it at all, the color is bad, and the top is bad!

5/10 and that's cause it's old, doesn't deserve more. A total renovation and reclad would make it look much better.

I see the similarities with Tower 42...the vertical ribbings and the rounded corners.

overall quite simple and nice but not exciting

The building is getting a reclad soon (pic below).

I gave it 8/10 btw. I know it very well as I used to work next door to it. It's not the prettiest of skyscrapers, but it has a certain character about it which I like ... It's tall and certainly dominates the area. I like the similarity with Tower 42.

2.0/10, very English nothing to add. The charm of london, is actually everything is done ugly, it is so ugly and chaotic in term of architecture that it has a charm in itself.

I didn't like the modelling of new cladding also. But I am sure it will look better with blue glass and light marble (or some sort of similar looking mat.) combination.
