The Route des poids lourds finally links up with the Boulevard du 30 juin. The enlargement work is drawing to a close.​

I bet side walks wont be built. i also have problem with those low quality, open sky caniveaux.

Route des poids lourds is a long road (13 km); depending on the section of the road, different kinds of sidewalks will be constructed (brick or asphalt). From Boulevard du 30 juin to Pont Bitshaku-Tshaku and beyond red brick sidewalks will be installed as shown below:

Another vantage point from the Boulevard du 30 Juin: the outer wall of a private property has been demolished to make room for the construction of sidewalks and drainage structures along Poids lourds.​
