dont think there will be much vacancy bcoz tollywood is a large industry not only producers but various artistes may also buy i think

Yes most of the film related personalities will buy here. I think others wont be allowed. I am sure they wont have any trouble in calling a superstar for a Diwali Function or Holi Function.

Parties here would be really good ...

Blocks here should be named after tollywood personalities - Like Chiranjeevi Block, Venkatesh Block.. just my imagination... Project looks really good and location is fabulous.
