I think yes. 115th floor and 116th have a very large space. And there are escalators between 115th and 116th. But a spire have only stairs up

Who would have thought that just a short 10 years ago, Maybank Tower was still the dominant structure in this pix taken from the KL Tower (my own pix, I was up there last Saturday)?

And I can’t imagine the breathtaking view from the Merdeka 118’s observation deck in future (not to mention the epic ride in the glass elevators too) - first structure to be higher than the SPIRE (421m) of the KL Tower!

I think you guys are the second known case of climbing up to the tip of the tower without any protection gear, the first one being this guy but at that time the spire hasn't finished yet. There may be other people already climbed to the top before or after the first guy, but they might just didn't publish it on the internet or their post didn't get enough attention from the public.

For the public there will be a spacious 360 deck on level 115 and 116 + 116x (which is a mezzanine floor inside level 116), which is if I’m not mistaken a high ceiling floor. So there will be 3 large floors for observatory area.

I was alluding to the supposed room within the spire itself.

Done some simple digging on Angela Nikolau's Twitter page, someone posted a video of them standing on top of the spire in the comment section of her recent post.

Also the claims that some other climbers was caught before might actually be true, in the second picture, the schematics on the background seem to be the floor plan of PNB118, probably an office room somewhere on the contruction site, which makes the second picture highly believable, it's probably a warning sign somewhere on the construction site.

Andddd it turns out they DID INDEED climb all the way up to the tower. It's on her IG and her BF's one too.
