It's got an umistakeably russian/ukrainian appearance with those gold dome churches. The modern highrises look good with the pointed roofs - It's great to see these countries developing an architectural style of thier own. 6/10

Good point. At least it is their own style.

6.5/10
Still, however unique, it's not much of a skyline.

Seems to have excellent density and a fair bit of height, however there is a lack of focal point, needs to have a landmark to add definition, and more taller buildings.
