Ritz Carlton Hotel is a complex located in Labadi Beach, an exclusive address in Ghana’s capital, which is composed by a splendorous 5 star hotel and Residence, equipped with exclusive sea view villas with exquisite private gardens and served by a marine Port and a Helipad. The Ritz Carlton is one of many joint projects by Wonda World and SCI Kolak ( Kensington Residential Partners).
It includes a total of 250 hotel rooms and 250 executive apartments in a total built area of 47000m2. Among its facilities are World Class Conference Centers, Waterfront restaurants and Bars, a luxurious Spa among others.

Looks nice. I like the distance between the ocean unlike La beach towers.

Yes! Its a laudable project spear headed by wonda world, the la beach tower is also a welcome development as it adds to investors choice in the prime area

It's not certain yet, this projects seem to be connected with the accra marine drive enclave . Of which clearing works have started .. With the commencement of the accra marine drive project we will see more exciting projects like this

You can find the accra Gold Coast city master plan on page think architects website. As for the accra marinecdrive te master plan I have is sketchy .. Still expecting a updated one
